Prakash Javadekar visits Kaziranga

Union Minister for Environment and Forests Prakash Javadekar visited the Kaziranga National Park recently.

At a meeting held at Kaziranga Convention Hall, the union minister spoke to the locals and various NGOs and organizations and discussed problems like Rhino Poaching and the protection of wildlife.

He declared that he will try to recruit maximum local people and engage them for the safety and security of the Kaziranga National Park. He also announced that a special Rhino Protection Force will be formed soon.
