President accepts Chhattisgarh Governor's resignation

President Pranab Mukherjee has accepted the resignation of Shekhar Dutt as Governor of Chhattisgarh.

A Rashtrapati Bhawan press communique said that the president has appointed Ram Naresh Yadav, Governor of Madhya Pradesh, to discharge the functions as the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in addition to his own duties, until regular arrangements for the office of the Governor of Chhattisgarh are made.
