President Pranab Mukherjee on Monday extended warm greetings to fellow citizens on the eve of Vaisakhi.
"On the joyous occasion of Vaisakhi, I extend my warm greetings and good wishes to all fellow citizens, especially to those who are engaged in cultivation and farming," President Mukherjee said.
"May this celebration of nature's bounty inspire us to strengthen our contribution to the nation's prosperity and remind us of the invaluable service rendered to the nation by our farmers and agricultural labourers," he added.
