Secretary to President Pranab Mukherjee, Omita Paul, will launch a digital literacy programme titled 'Shakti DLP' for women and girls in the President's estate, in Rashtrapati Bhavan tomorrow.
'Shakti DLP' is aimed at empowering women and girls in the President's estate in various fields such as education, information, internet, communication, finance and transaction etc.
The initiative will use the online medium to enable women and girls to make their lives better through access to information.
