Princess Di 'always knew William would marry someone like Kate'

A close pal of Princess Diana has revealed that Prince William's wife, Kate Middleton, is absolutely everything Diana had ever wanted in her future daughter-in-law.

Lana Marks, who designed handbags for Diana, claimed that the late mum-of-two had even predicted, before her death, that William's wife would have dark hair, the Daily Star reported.

Marks said that the Princess of Wales wanted a future queen of the people and for the people.

Marks added that Diana had discussed with her in great detail what she wanted for William in terms of a wife, children and what she wanted for his future.
