Queen Elizabeth has reportedly given her blessing to the guest list for Prince George's christening.
Prince William and Duchess of Cambridge had long chats with the Queen about the event, while they were staying with her at Balmoral earlier, the Daily Express reported.
A source has revealed that Prince William and Kate told her that they wanted "an intimate family affair" with only an inner circle of relatives and friends, to which she told them that she totally understands.
The insider added that the Queen admires how William does things in his own way, and thinks that his ability to think for himself and not be bound by traditions would make him a great king someday.
The Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Camilla and Prince Harry will be at the service, joined by Kate's parents Michael and Carole, sister Pippa and brother James.
