Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday dubbed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as 'master of corruption', and said that his party accepts defeat from the saffron outfit when it comes to corruption.

"They (BJP) are best in corruption. You see Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh or any other state ruled by BJP, they master corruption. They are the fastest and ahead of us as far as corruption is concerned. We accept our defeat there. But when roads, water and electricity are in question, we are ahead of them," he said while addressing a rally here today.

While lauding Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Gandhi said Congress makes and implements policies for the poor, keeping all their needs in mind.

"Ashok Gehlot said that if any poor is sick in the state, he will be provided with free medication," he said.

Gandhi urged the youth of Rajasthan to join politics, and said that it is his wish that one day the country has a Prime Minister from this state.

"I want to tell the youth of Rajasthan that you people are needed in politics. I want that in the coming time, MLA, MP, CM, PM should be one of you tribal people," he added.

Gandhi said that Congress wants the poor to progress and fly in aeroplanes one day, adding that the opposition does not think about the underprivileged people.

Rajasthan, which is currently governed by Congress Government, votes for a new assembly on December 1. The counting of votes will take place on December 8.
