Rajkumar Hirani, known for his work in 'Munnabhai MBBS' and '3 Idiots,' was hospitalised on Tuesday after falling off a bike.
It has been reported that the 52-year-old director was riding a new Royal Enfield Bullet owned by one of his employees but despite of riding slow fell on the ground due to the bike's weight.
Further, it is being said that the director, who was taken to Lilavati hospital after the accident, has suffered minor jaw fractures and will be discharged soon.
Claiming that the director is doing fine, actor Amir Khan tweeted, "For all those concerned about Raju Hirani, I have just met him in hospital. He is doing fine, and will be discharged this evening."
Hirani's last film was the Amir Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer 'PK' that had a total box office collection of 735 crores INR.
