Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will visit the Nadabet Border out post, a border village in Banaskanth in Gujarat on Sunday, where he will interact with the Border Security Force (BSF) personnel and felicitate the gallantry medal winners and family members of martyrs of BSF.
"Reached Gandhinagar (Gujarat) last night. Shall visit the Nadabet Border Out Post in Banaskantha and meet the BSF personnel posted there," Rajnath said in a tweet.
In another tweet he added that, later in the day, he will proceed to Porbandar, the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi and attend the Vikas Parv sammelan.
Gujarat is the state with about 1600 kms of coastline and hence becomes very important from the security point of view added a BSF Official.
