Rajya Sabha has been adjourned till 2 p.m., after the opposition disrupted the proceedings in the Upper House of the Parliament.
Opposition party leaders were seen showing placards, sloganeering and shouting in the Rajya Sabha, where a delegation from Bhutan was watching the proceedings from the guest gallery.
The RJD had given a notice of adjournment motion in the Lok Sabha on the Jharkhand stampede incident while the JDU moved an adjournment motion in the Rajya Sabha on the Bihar Governor's appointment.
