Justin Bieber's record label boss has said that the singer needs help and should take a break from music.
Universal chief Lucian Grainge said at the official Universal Music Group Grammys after-show party at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles that he has been concerned about the 19-year-old singer for many months and this has nothing to do with the business or records or releases, but with the young singer, the Mirror reported.
Grainge said that the 'Baby' hitmaker needs an intervention and they are going to give him all the support as a company to take as much pressure off him so he can look forward.
