United States President Donald Trump has vowed that the Republican Bill to repeal and replace ObamaCare would have a 'heart'.
Trump said that his administration would surprise Americans with a really good plan, adding that he has been talking about a plan with 'heart'.
"I've been talking about a plan with heart. I said, 'add some money to it!' A plan with heart." The Hill quoted Trump as saying to the crowd during a rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on Wednesday.
Trump lashed out at Democrats for being unsupportive with Republicans on the ObamaCare repeal and called them obstructionists.
Trump also congratulated the Republican winners of Tuesday's special elections in South Carolina and Georgia.
He also wished Rep. Steve Scalise, who was injured in last week's shooting in Alexandria, Virginia.
