English premier League club Manchester City is all set to pass Uefa's Financial Fair Play test and avoid a Champions League ban after it increased its revenues by 40 million pound, according to the Deloitte Football Money League report.
The financial information published in the report creates the first real picture of how the club has fared.
It reveals City's revenues are up to 271 million pound, enough to keep expected losses around the 60 million pound mark, though financial experts were worried over a key component of the claimed extra revenue, The Independent reports.
The Deloitte breakdown shows City's commercial income at 143 million pound and media revenues at 88.4 million pound, both in line with expectations and equivalent to the previous year.
