Rihanna's picture with a protected primate on her Instagram account has helped police arrest two people for possession of protected animals in Thailand.
The 25-year old Barbadian recording artist who was on a break from her 'Diamonds World Tour' in Phuket, posted a link on Twitter to an Instagram photo that showed her in sunglasses snuggling up to a furry primate called the slow loris, with a message saying "Look who was talkin dirty to me!", which alerted Thai police of the crime, Sky News reported.
Police have confiscated two lorises from a 20-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy, who are facing charges of possession of protected animals, which carries a penalty of up to four years in prison and 810 pounds fine.
