Robert Downey Jr.'s son charged for drug possession

Robert Downey Jr.'s son Indio has been charged with felony possession after the police found his son smoking out of a crack pipe, it has been revealed.

The 'Iron Man' star's eldest child has been charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, TMZ.com reported.

Downey Jr.'s son Indio, has been earlier officers by cops in West Hollywood in June when they pulled him over after they noticed he was smoking something out of a pipe in a vehicle he was passenger in and found cocaine.

The 49-year-old actor has been previously battled drug addiction himself and was arrested numerous times in the 1990s on drug-related charges.
