Ruby Rose looks fierce as 'Batwoman' in latest trailer

Trailer of 'Batwoman', the latest forthcoming series in the CW's Arrowverse, is out and it follows Ruby Rose's Kate Kane as she fights for Gotham City in the absence of her cousin Bruce Wayne aka Batman.

The 3.05-minute-long video gives a sneak peek into the origin story of 'Batwoman'. The trailer opens with Kate's father, Jacob Kane, issuing his Crows Private Security firm to help restore order in Gotham city. However, the trailer takes a thrilling turn when Sophie Moore, one of the Crows security agent, who also happens to be Kate's ex-girlfriend, is captured by the bad guys.

Kate, who clearly still has feelings for her ex, decides to fill in for her superhero cousin and sets off to find Moore.

In the middle of all this, she discovers Bruce Wayne's bat cave and his suit, which she dons and absolutely rock for a while. However, she decides to let go of the suit when the people of Gotham confuse her for Batman.

"I'm not about to let a man take credit for a woman's work," she says in the trailer before featuring in her new costume.
