Russian Liberal Democrats leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky has reportedly told his party members to have sex only four times a year.
Talking to press reporters at the state Duma, 67 year old Zhirinovsky said that he was "introducing norms for sexual activity once a quarter" for his party members.
The founder of the nationalist Liberal Democrat Party of Russia (LDPR) also suggested that parliamentarians should ban the depiction of alcohol and tobacco consumption in Russian movies and claimed that pornography has internalized a norm of the more the better among young generation, when it comes to sex, the Independent reported.
