A Russian TV host was sacked after he revealed live on air that he is gay.
Anton Krasovsky, 37, a former editor-in-chief at KontrTV, was fired after finishing his show in January.
According to news.com.au, he said that he's a gay, and he's just the same person as everyone, and as President Vladimir Putin, as Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and the deputies in the country.
Now, he is speaking out against a boycott of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Russia.
He told CNN that Russian gay people need international support, but international support is not a boycott of Sochi Olympic games, because Olympic games is an international event, and not an Russian event.
He added that seven million people in Russia are gay. If Olympic Games in Russia are not boycotted, people were trying to boycott seven million gay people in Russia.
According to the report, a new law in Russia has come into effect that bans 'propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations'.
