US town Wildwood is set to ban overly saggy pants on the beached and boardwalks on constant complain of the tourists.
Mayor Ernest Troiano Jr, has found a way to get rid of saggy pants in the city by passing a law regulating how people should dress on beaches by prohibiting pants that sag more than 3 inches below the hips, exposing either skin or underwear.
Going shirtless and walking on the boardwalk with bare feet is also banned, Sky News reported.
The Mayor took this decision because families who visit the resort for decade's complained that they have to look at people's rear ends while walking the boardwalk, and if it continues like this they will not come, as the tourists are their main source of income.
