Sam Worthington and Lara Bingle seem to be heading for a US court soon as a photographer has filed a lawsuit against the couple claiming that he has sustained more than 5.2 million dollars damages in a street attack.
According to sources, Sheng Li, a New York photographer, has alleged that he was viciously assaulted by the 39-year-old actor and his model wife in Manhattan on February 23, reports news.com.au.
A jury trial for the civil case is set to begin in New York on September 8, but the duo has rejected the photographer's claims entirely.
