Samuel L Jackson has pleaded with his millions of male fans to stop being macho when it comes to getting themselves checked for male cancer.

In a Twitter video, the 'Captain America' star said that by not getting checked men can lose their balls and even their life, Sky News reported.

The Hollywood actor asserted that if his male fans have really got balls, they should show them to the doctor.

The 'One For The Boys' campaigner explained that 30 percent more men die of cancer than women as they don't get themselves checked out early enough.

They don't want to hear or talk about it, because it ain't the manly thing to do, he added.
