Sania Mirza ousted from Oz Open following quarter-final loss in women's doubles

Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza and her Zimbabwean partner Cara Black have been ousted from the Australian Open following their defeat in their quarter-final clash of the women's doubles at Melbourne Park.

Mirza and Black were beaten 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 by Italian duo Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci on Tuesday at the Margaret Court Arena.

Errani and Vinci will next meet either Czech Kveta Peschke and her Slovak partner Katarina Srebotnik or Australian Jarmila Gajdosova and her Croatian partner Ajla Tomljanovic in their semi-final clash.
