The child rights activist laid a wreath and paid floral tributes at the Rajghat.
Satyarthi and Pakistan's Malala Yousafzai received the Nobel Peace Prize for 2014 at a ceremony in Oslo earlier this week for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education.
