The Supreme Court on Tuesday fixed April 9 (Thursday) as the next date for the hearing of a plea filed by Italian Marine Massimiliano Latorre.
Latorre had moved the apex court for an extension of his stay in Italy on health grounds.
Latorre and fellow marine Salvatore Girone are accused of killing two Indian fishermen off the Kerala coast in February 2012.
Latorre was allowed by the apex court to go to Italy on September 12, 2014 for four months for medical treatment and recovery after he suffered a stroke in Delhi.
