Scarlett Johansson has joked that her raspy voice at the age of nine left her sounding like "a whiskey-drinking, chain-smoking fool."
The 28-year-old actress said that her voice prevented her from getting work in commercials when she was younger because she sounded far too mature for her age, Contactmusic reported.
She told Interview magazine that she was always terrible at commercials because her voice was so deep.
