Scott Disick who recently left a Costa Rica rehab center, has planned to return back to it, saying he is not done working on himself and would like to continue his treatment.
The 31-year old model, opened up about his battle with alcohol and drug issues at the 1OAK nightclub, where he hosted a party, saying he was working on himself and plans to return back to the center as he thinks it was an amazing place, E! Online reported.
Disick had sought treatment at the Rythmia Life Advancement Center, for an undisclosed ailment earlier in March and was spotted with his and Kourtney Kardashian's children 5-year-old Mason and 2-year-old Penelope in Los Angeles recently.
Disick added that Kardashian was supportive and that he had struggled in the past but was not perfect and had never claimed to be perfect too.
