Tennis ace Serena Williams reportedly reckons that her rivals are trying to attack her mentally by using dirty tactics as they cannot beat her on the court.
Williams who has lost only three matches in the last year and is preparing for the sixth Wimbledon title and 17th Grand Slam crown, was accused by fellow American Sloane Stephens of not speaking to her and unfollowing her on Twitter, the Mirror reports.
According to the report, World no.3 Maria Sharapova had also launched a personal attack on Williams for dating her French married coach Patrick Mouratoglou.
Williams ignoring the attacks on her life said that she focuses on the game and tries to do her best adding that if she loses she goes back and tries harder and that is what sports is all about, the report added.
