Comedian Seth Meyers is all set to host 2014's 66th annual Emmy Awards on August 25.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, NBC Entertainment's Paul Telegdy said that Meyers' expertise and ease in front of a live audience during his time at SNL, as well as his comedic brilliance both as a writer and in front of the camera, makes him the perfect choice to host the Emmys.
The ceremony will be produced by Don Mischer and Telegdy has confidence that the show will be a hit given Mischer's vast experience at putting these type of big productions together.
