Charlie Sheen's former wife Brooke Mueller reportedly hid information about her two rehab stints while she was pregnant with the actor's twins from the doctors.
A source has told Radar Online that Mueller didn't tell her obstetrician that she had been to rehab twice while pregnant because of her addiction to crystal meth.
The insider insisted that the 'Anger Management' star was very protective of Mueller and didn't say anything because they both had a real fear that the boys would be taken away from them and placed in foster care.
The source added that Mueller was also extremely afraid of being criminally charged with child endangerment because of her drug use while pregnant, so they didn't say anything to anyone.
The pair's troubled twins, who are expected to be placed in the temporary custody of Mueller's brother Scott.
