'Shipbuilding top priority for us': PM Modi tells Hyundai chief

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday told Kil Seon Choi, the Chairman of Hyundai Heavy Industries, that shipbuilding is a top priority area for his government.

"Shipbuilding is a top priority for us." PM @narendramodi tells Kil Seon Choi Chairman of Hyundai Heavy Industries," MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said on twitter.

"And wrapping up with a site visit to one of the largest shipyards in the world. PM at HHI's Ulsan facility," he added.

Prime Minister Modi, who is on the last leg of his three-nation tour, visited the Hyundai Heavy Industries Shipyard in Ulsan today.

He will now travel to Gimhae for a brief interaction with the mayors of Busan and Pohang.
