Shuttler Ajay Jayaram stuns Sasaki to reach Korea Open semis
Indian shuttler Ajay Jayaram battled past his Japanese opponent Sho Sasaki in thrilling three sets to progress through to the semi-finals of the Korea Open Superseries here on Friday.
Jayaram claimed a 21-19, 16-21, 21-16 win over 26th ranked Sasaki in a match that lasted one hour and six minutes.
Jayaram will next take on seventh seed Chou Tien Chen to secure his berth in the summit clash.
