A pet festival called 'Glamdog' showcasing various activities and an awards show for canines was recently organised by Smita Thackeray where pet lover Sidharth Malhotra spent a good sweet time with the pooches and gave away the prizes to the winners.

Sidharth, who himself has a cute pet named Oscar, said at the event, "It's a wonderful initiative and it is for all pet lovers. More and more animals need to be taken care of in India. It's great to see such adorable dogs that have come from outside Mumbai as well. I hope this happens every year."

The 32-year-old further stated he's obsessed with his dog and the fans would agree as his social media updates are proof of the obsession.

"I will make sure I get Oscar here, the next year," said the 'Baar Baar Dekho' star.

When asked about how he spent Valentine 's Day, the actor said, "It was very good, like any other day."

The 'Kapoor and Sons' star was also quizzed about pictures with Alia Bhatt which surfaced on Valentine's day to which he said, "Where? Whose house?"

On the work front, Sidharth revealed at the event that he is doing only one film as of now and it is not a Salman Khan production, as is being reported.

"The only film I am doing now is 'Ittefaq', which I start tomorrow. Nothing else is official," he said.
