Simon Cowell's pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman's lawyers have issued a statement revealing that her divorce from estranged husband Andrew Silverman has been settled and both parties are moving on.

Reports suggest that Cowell, who was named as a co-respondent in divorce papers filed by Andrew in New York, will be able to avoid a court appearance, the BBC reported.

The X Factor judge is yet to comment on the divorce proceedings, which started after the news of him expecting a baby with Lauren, came to light.

The divorce was settled out-of-court for the sake of Adam, the Silvermans' 7-year old son.
