Nick Cannon, who recently split with his wife Mariah Carey, has said that he is not ready to date again.
The 'America's Got Talent' host has previously denied dating Rose but the pair was recently photographed at a bowling alley together, the Mirror reported.
The 34-year-old TV host said in a magazine interview that there were a lot of people after him right now but he has to slow it down as his family and kids were most important to him.
Cannon was spotted at Pinz Bowling Center with Rose in Studio City, LA.
