For the first time ever the 'Dabangg' girl was seen in a musical avatar at the Videocon d2h IIFA weekend.

The evening turned up the volume and enthralled audiences with a line-up of amazing performances by ace musicians, rising talents and Bollywood stunners at Malaysia's national theatre, Istana Budaya on June 5.

Bollywood's leading lady Sonakshi Sinha made her debut on the IIFA Rocks stage as a singer. Accompanied by star performers Mika Singh and Nakash Aziz, the actress' performance joined the ranks of many first timers at IIFA.

Vocalist Ankit Tiwari paid a tribute to Bollywood's Dancing Heroes Shammi Kapoor, Rishi Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty and Govinda in a power-packed act.

The gorgeous Jacqueline Fernandez set the tone for the amazing night as she grooved to her popular songs 'Chittiyan Kallayiyan,' 'Jumme Ki Raat' and 'Jadoo Ki Jhappi'

Following her, music sensations Javed Ali and the Nooran Sisters mesmerised the audience with a Sufi musical jugal bandi on songs by living legend A.R. Rahman.

Other performers for the evening included the rising singing sensation Kanika Kapoor, Bollywood beauties Lisa Haydon, Lauren Gottlieb, Aditi Rao Hydari and a stunning Indo-Western act by the stunning Malaika Arora Khan that set the stage on fire and left audiences asking for more.
