As the trailer of 'Raees' streams on 3,500 screens across the country, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen interacting, through video conferencing, with the audience of nine Indian cities.

The 51-year-old super star, along with Ritesh Sidhawani and Farhan Akhtar, handpicked nine Indian cities including Delhi, Indore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai and Moga (Punjab).

This could be one way the 'Raees' team has come up with in order to reach out and engage with more and more fans rather than confining the screening to a single city. SRK will be accompanied by his co-star Nawazuddin Siddiqui for the trailer launch.

To mark the beginning of promotional activities for the movie, the 'Dear Zindagi' star seems to be very keen to reach out to as many people as possible and this approach sure seems to be an amazing way of doing the same.

"We wanted to reach out and engage with a pan-India audience, rather than confining it to just a single city," said Shah Rukh of the unique strategy, adding, "We are really excited to interact with thousands of people across cities, big and small, simultaneously by having a live chat with audiences in cinemas."

Helmed by national award winning director Rahul Dholakia, 'Raees' is produced by 'Red Chillies Entertainment' and 'Excel Entertainment' and is slated for a January 26 release.
