Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently expressed his desire to work in the veteran actor Guru Dutt's biopic.
An editor of a popular film magazine took to his Twitter handle and wrote that he would wish to see the 50-year-old actor play Dutt on-screen as he would be the best one to show anger, romance, and devastation as they were a major chunk of Dutt's tragic life.
When the 'Dilwale' star read the tweet, he replied, "Absolutely. I should do it. And as you lovingly say my friend my face is like a beautiful poem... In black and white."
Dutt was known for helming classics like 'Pyaasa,' 'Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam' and 'Chaudhvin Ka Chand.'
He passed away at the age of 39.
