'Star Wars Episode 7' is reportedly going to focus on Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and Han Solo instead of their kids, according to reports.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, JJ Abrams' upcoming sci-fi film is going to be centring on the original stars.
Lawrence Kasdan, who scripted 'The Empire Strikes Back,' is writing a script revolving around the characters played by Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford.
The magazine reports that the new characters, the offspring, are now going to be in supporting roles, and take centre stage in Episode VIII and IX, Metro.co.uk reported.
'Star Wars Episode 7' is being billed as a fitting send-off for Solo, Skywalker and Leia.
Star Wars Episode 7 is due out in December 18, 2015.
