Stoke City has bagged a 4-1 victory against Aston Villa, to overtake their opponents into the 10th place in the Premier League table.
Aston Villa were ahead 1-0 with Christian Benteke's early goal but Stoke City scored thrice until halftime to take it to 3-1 following Peter Odemwingie, Peter Crouch and Steven Nzonzi all scoring for the visitors.
According to Sport24, Geoff Cameron sealed Stoke City's victory in the 90th minute after halftime with another goal taking the final score to 4-1 against Aston Villa.
The victory has put Stoke City on 37 points in the Premier League table and they are just three points short of the 40-point mark that usually assures a team of survival in the league, the report added.
