Suge Knight new lawyer involved with his hit and run case believes that Suge had the right to run over and kill Terry Carter the day of the incident.
According to reports, attorney Matt Fletcher has stated that legally the American record producer was entitled to stand his ground and defend himself if reasonably necessary, to pursue an assailant until the danger of death or bodily injury has passed, TMZ.com reported.
Carter's alleged threat was enough to justify Suge intentionally running him over and the 49-year-old hit Carter accidentally in an effort to escape, but he had the right to kill.
