Delhi Police is likely to question former union minister and Congress Member of Parliament from Thiruvananthapuram Shashi Tharoor for a second time today in connection with his alleged role in the mysterious January 17, 2014 death of his wife Sunanda Pushkar.
Tharoor was questioned for four hours on Monday at the VasantVihar Police Station by the Special Investigating Team (SIT).
Delhi Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi had said on Tuesday that all angles of the case are being investigated, including the Indian Premier League (IPL) controversy and whether it had anything to do with Sunanda Pushkar's death.
Bassi said those related to the case will be questioned by the police.
Sunanda was found dead in her hotel room on January 17 last year, a day after her spat with Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar on Twitter over her alleged affair with Tharoor.
A case of murder has been filed by Delhi Police in connection with her death earlier this month.
