Sunrisers Hyderabad have been ruled out of contention of the semi-finals of the 2013 Champions League Twenty20 tournament after their match with Brisbane Heat was abandoned due to rain without a ball bowled in Ahmedabad.

No toss was held in the game.

Both Brisbane and Hyderabad were awarded two points each but that would not be enough for the Sunrisers to qualify for the semi-finals, having also lost to Chennai Super Kings in an earlier match.

This edition of the Champions League has now seen several matches abandoned due to rain, mainly in Ahmedabad.
