SunTrac USA and Perfect Infraengineers Partner to Bring Hybrid Climate Systems First Time to India

SunTrac USA and Perfect Infraengineers Ltd. have announced their collaboration agreement to manufacture SunTrac's Hybrid Climate Systems and Smart Panels, First of its kind in India, for distribution in the Indian and global markets. At a press conference held on 23rd August 2017 at the National Stock Exchange in Mumbai, Nimesh Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Perfect, and Rich Cooley, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SunTrac USA, jointly addressed the media with details of this collaboration.

Perfect has been appointed the exclusive manufacturer of SunTrac systems in India and will be marketing and distributing SunTrac products under the "Perfect-SunTrac" name. With this collaboration, Perfect will be the only manufacturing unit of SunTrac outside of the USA. Perfect will be positioned to fulfill SunTrac's global order flow, including the Middle East or North Africa regions, Australia and Asia.

The features and benefits of SunTrac Hybrid Climate Systems include:

• A unique blend of superior energy efficiency with a renewable energy platform

• Upgrades for new and existing cooling systems

• Energy savings of 25 percent to 40 percent

• Works with most major commercial brands and models

• Provides the most energy efficient cooling solutions available

• Provides savings on a 24-hour basis, while boosting humidity removal

Nimesh Mehta, CMD of Perfect, expressed his excitement with this new venture: "SunTrac is a forward-looking company that has successfully taken their innovative ideas, created cutting-edge technology and has gone to the market on a global basis. We look forward to producing MAKE IN INDIA SunTrac renewable energy products to benefit our partners, our customers, and our shareholders. Rich Cooley, CEO of SunTrac, agreed, stating: "At SunTrac, we are extremely pleased to be partnering with Mehta and the entire Perfect Team for our expansion into India. In their go to market strategy, Perfect and SunTrac are evaluating top air conditioning OEMs in India for partnership suitability, and expect to select a limited number of preferred partners in the near term. Perfect and SunTrac will work extensively with these partners to market, sell and install SunTrac solutions to residential and commercial customers throughout India.
