Real estate company Supertech on Tuesday announced that all its projects have been registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), thus reaffirming its commitment to timely delivery of 15,000 units in the current financial year (FY 2017-18) across 50 locations, mostly in the NCR region.
"We have become fully compliant with all the new RERA rules and regulations. Compliance with RERA is an opportunity to revive buyers' confidence and we want to capitalize on the opportunity," said R.K Arora, Chairman of Supertech limited.
Under the RERA, developers have to get all their ongoing, under construction and new projects registered with relevant authorities, thus helping rejuvenate the real estate sector with transparency and accountability.
"Supertech has accelerated pace of construction at sites with increased manpower and supply of raw material to ensure timely completion of projects. The company have good cash flow and will able to meet all required finances for construction" added Arora.
The company recently got an environment clearance for its Sport City project in Greater Noida, which is scheduled to be launched near Diwali and completed within the next four years.
The company has delivered more than 30,000 units across 40 million square feet area of residential and commercial spaces .It has its presence in Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Moradabad, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rudrapur and Bengaluru.
