"I would like to emphasize that we support particularly India's plan to set up International Solar Alliance that will be an important contribution to ensuring access of low carbon energy and Prime Minister Modi will launch this initiative together," Fabius said while addressing a press conference.
"Such a project which is very ambitious and India assured that they are at the forefront. Such a project can set up a positive momentum," he added.
The French Foreign Minister also said that he believes that India will bring decisive solutions on many issues.
"I heard many inspiring proposals from Prime Minister Modi and Prakash Javadekar, notably on international cooperation, scaling of capacity building but more broadly we believe that India will bring decisive solutions on many issues," Fabius said.

He is accompanied by Ambassador for Climate Change Negotiations and Special Representative for COP21, Laurence Tubiana.
