Everyone knows it was Ekta Kapoor who gave Sushant Singh Rajput his first big break in TV soap 'Pavitra Rishta'.
No wonder 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' star looks to be all mushy towards his mentor Ekta in a recent adorable snap, posted on Instagram.
The two can be seen embracing each other with utmost affection, at Karan Johar's Valentine Bash.
This says, the actor did not forget the platform that 'Pavitra Rishta', in which he worked from 2009 to 2011, gave him in making name for himself in Bollywood.
Both his movies 'Kai Po Che' and 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' became huge hits at the Box Office.
On a related note, SSR will next be seen in Dinesh Vijan's 'Raabta', alongside Kriti Sanon.
The film is scheduled to be released on June 9, 2017.
