External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Thursday thanked the Bahrain Government for rescuing minor Indian girl Sarah, who was missing since August 2.
"I am happy Sarah has been rescued. Thank you Bahrain," Swaraj tweeted.
Earlier today, she said that she would take up the matter with Foreign Minister of Bahrain Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.
According to DT News, the Manama Police yesterday apparently spotted the car used to kidnap Sarah in Hoora.
Five-year-old Sarah was kidnapped, while she was left alone for less than a minute in her mother's car on Tuesday.
Sarah's family complained to the Hoora Police Station, after making a post on Facebook that was circulated nationwide.
