'Tanu weds Manu Returns 3' is not happening, says Aanand L. Rai

Recently, there were reports that Aanand L Rai is teaming up again with Kangana Ranaut for 'Tanu weds Manu Returns 3'.

However, the filmmaker today quashed all the reports and clarified that the third part of the movie is definitely not happening.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news with the people via his official Twitter handle.

The filmmaker also announced a new project with superstar Dhanush, but no further details were given about the project.

With this latest twist in the tale, it seems the fans of the franchise will have to wait a little longer as Rai has his hands full as of now.

'Tanu weds Manu' turned out to be a huge success at box-office and went on to make a sequel 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' which, again, was a hit.

Both the films won her accolades from critics and audience. Kangana Ranaut even won National Award for the sequel.
