Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Tariq Anwar on Saturday said that Delhi Chief Minister designate and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal should not repeat the same mistake this time.
Anwar said it seems that Kejriwal is not keen in taking veteran social activist Anna Hazare's advice that the oath-taking ceremony should be conducted in a simple manner.
"The mistake that Kejriwalji committed last time, he should not repeat it," he added.
Kejriwal, who led his Aam Aadmi Party to a stunning victory in the recently concluded Delhi assembly polls, will be sworn-in as the chief minister of Delhi today.
He will be administered the oath of office and secrecy by Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung at 12 noon.
Six other Aam Aadmi Party leaders - Manish Sisodia, Asim Ahmed Khan, Sandeep Kumar, Satyendar Jain, Gopal Rai and Jitender Singh Tomar - will also be sworn-in as ministers.
Kejriwal is expected to keep the key portfolios of Home, Power and Finance with himself, while giving Education, PWD and Urban Development to his confidante Manish Sisodia, who will also be the Deputy Chief Minister.
