The 24-year-old singer, who's seen doing all sorts of crazy things in the video, had appeared to hit the vintage car with a golf club, which had left the car lovers aghast, TMZ.com reported.
However, one of the male models in the video, Andrea Denver, has clarified that it was only CGI.
